Delia Smith's Chocolate Mousse
This is the most excellent chocolate mousse recipe by Delia Smith, my all time favourite cookery writer whose recipies always work for me. Try the Chocolate Truffle Torte as well for a dinner party dessert.
I top it with whipped cream and grated chocolate. It's incredibly quick, everyone loves it and also fabulously fattening. I no longer need the recipe book to produce it - I've made it so many times.
I use a double saucepan which makes life much easier.
For the Truffle Torte you'll need liquid glucose - you should be able to get it from a chemist, or at Tesco (larger stores) and you can order it online as well.
