Where to Find a Healthy Lunch in Paris | Quinoa Salad | Blossom Restaurant on the Boissy D’Anglas and 30% off Via The Fork……..
There are so many places to have lunch in Paris, from the cheap and not so cheerful to a 3* Michelin gourmet feast which will leave you unable to do anything afterwards.
An unexpectedly happy find is Blossom Restaurant on the Boissy D’Anglas, in one of the most expensive areas of Paris just off the Rue Faubourg St Honore (think Gucci, Miu Miu and Ferragamo). Blossom is the restaurant of the 5* hotel Sofitel. You can have lunch or dinner there and Blossom specialises in healthy eating and colourful salads which can be hard to find anywhere, particularly Paris.
In particular they offer a Quinoa salad with avocado and pomegranate seeds, a ‘Totally Green’ salad with avocado, kale, spinach and edamame, and a main course dish which consists totally of vegetables cooked with olive oil.
Yes you can be naughty here, and in particular the desserts are beautifully prepared and very difficult to resist. Read the full menu here.
On another happy note if you through French Restaurant app La Fourchette there’s a 30% offer off the a la carte menu at Blossom. If you’re going to Paris any time and you love healthy food in gorgeous surroundings I suggest you rush there fast.
Book Blossom through La Fourchette to get the offer. Expect a reasonably priced meal and seriously good service. Don’t think of trying to go without booking, particularly while this offer is live. At the moment it extends into June.
