Boots, shoes and sandals designed with comfort in mind.

Finding attractive heels is easy, but finding heels that are good to look at and you can walk a few miles in at the same time is not so simple.  The real problem is that they may be comfortable the first time you put them on, but try walking all day in them and you can find yourself in serious trouble….and another pair of shoes gets consigned to the back of the cupboard.

Having had this happen to me too many times I’ve now narrowed it down to certain qualities I always look for, so if you’re of the pointy toe stiletto leather sole brigade stop reading right now.
I look for a rubber sole and padded insole whatever I’m buying, and I rarely wear flats.

It’s no surprise that brands such as Carvela Comfort, Geox and Gabor are to be found in more and more stores and with designs that you’d really want to wear out to lunch, work, dinner and on.  This is just a small example, there are far more flats, sandals, slip-ons and heels to be found from these brands although Gabor and Geox are the largest, with Geox being the most modern.

All have developed their own specific sole and insole to provide extra comfort.  And if you’re fed up with wearing shoes that pinch then it would be well worth giving them a try.
