What to Wear to the Gym - Fitness Clothing to have Fun in.
There’s no longer a glass wall between what you wear to the gym or to go running in to what you might wear to go out for a casual lunch or coffee. Fitness fashion segues happily from a fast workout to picking the kids up from school. And it's fun to wear.
There’s no longer the need to carry your gym bag with all of your gear and change when you get to the gym, you can go straight in and onto the treadmill, although you may well want to change afterwards. Alternatively just slip on one of the new breathable jackets and carry on.
This is not necessarily so good for the bank balance, as that old pair of trainers, gym pants and top simply won’t do any more unless you’re working out at home, and even then, where’s the motivation? Knowing that you look good is always more motivation than slipping into old friends for a workout, even if you’re the only one who knows about it. And wearing something bright is more enjoyable than head to toe black.
The best way for most to wear the new fun wow-factor workout clothes is to keep most of it simple and add in a pop of this season’s colour, from pastel to neon, via trainers, or top, or jacket, or workout pants, but never too much or you can look ridiculous.
There are some fun, sexy and eye catching additions to your workout (or relax-worthy) wardrobe out there. Workout in them or socialise or simply lounge. The choice is totally up to you, although some may, even, motivate you to go out and get going. And expect to be noticed.
