It seems strange that leopard print should be classed as a ‘trend’ for any season as it’s a classic for many designers….think Roberto Cavalli for starters…..but on trend it is for Autumn/Winter 2014, with every collection having several pieces from shoes to bags and knits to dresses. The joy is that you probably, unless you’re an animal print hater for whatever reason, own some of these already.
It’s time to dig them all out and work out which work best for you now and then add in one or two new pieces. With leopard print of course you need to keep it one piece at a time, simply accessorised, or you’ll look as if you’re trying much too hard.
There are some brilliant leopard print coats around for autumn, which you may think you should wait for but the best won’t hang around for long. Sexy dresses perfect for curvy shapes and leopard print heels which, with a perfect pair of black cigarette pants, will take you anywhere, anytime.
Going with the other trend of making sportswear your daywear for gym, lunch and onwards there are leopard print leggings, capri tights, workout trainers and casual sneakers. Everything possible leopard, in fact, but just keep it simple and make yours stand out.
