…..yes the sun is shining outside but I know full well that now it’s only going to be a few days before this ‘summer’ is going to be out and autumn will have arrived.Smile…….because in the stores now are some of the sexiest heels to have been seen for a while, some only suitable for stepping elegantly out of the car and across the pavement to your destination and others you may actually be able to walk in.
That’s as it may be, but if you need cheering up at the thought of cooler days you should take a look at one of this season’s most important buys…..the purple, plum or berry shoe. Called such because (and including dark red and bordeaux) most of the stores seem to be having a problem in tying down their colour descriptions and basically anything goes.
For me the best are those almost black plum with the highest heel I can manage and a platform to add height. Here are ten favourites. Pick yours now. On my travels for berry and purple shoes I came across grape, aubergine and prune. All deliciously dark colours and all part of the same colour trend. Most of the shoes are in deep
coloured suede (with an alternative of patent in some cases), the suede will, of course, not last as long and you may not want to invest in suede Louboutins or Choos, however the choice is totally up to you.
