The Art of Giving Luxury Gifts

There’s an art to giving luxury gifts, at those times when you want to give something seriously special.  Just spending a huge amount on someone is totally not what it’s about, this is about the gift itself, choosing something that is, yes, very special, but is also totally appropriate to the person you’re spoiling.  After all, there would be little point in giving an iPad to a technophobe, or a superb set of cufflinks to someone who only has button cuff shirts or a shocking pink cashmere wrap to someone who only wears black (!).

The most important thing about any gift, large or small, is getting it right so think hard first.  Here are 10 luxury gifts you’ll be hard put to go wrong with – there’s something for everyone.  And I did include the iPad, you’ll know whether it’s right or not………………………………………

I don’t know about you, but I’d love any or all of these this Christmas, other than the iPad, which I was lucky enough to be given earlier this year…………………………………………..Santa!  Are you listening?  I thought not.
